At PiPi Tea, we strive for the highest quality in every brew; however, due to the perishable nature of our teas, we can only accept returns on unopened accessories or incorrect shipments within 14 days of delivery. Please note that opened tea pouches cannot be returned for food safety reasons.
Contact Support
Email our customer care team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue to initiate a return request.
Verification
Our team will review your request and, if applicable, provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging and ship them back to our warehouse using the provided address labels.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
